Lynn Luzano Bryant is a bicultural interdisciplinary artist, designer, and social-impact leader, and the founder of Balikbayod—Returning Wave, a circular-economy initiative that recovers and redistributes surfboards to support emerging surf communities in the Philippines. Through nearly two decades of work, they have advanced environmental stewardship, youth access, and community-led coastal resilience by extending the life of materials and directing resources to underserved regions.
