Lynn Luzano Bryant is a bicultural interdisciplinary artist, designer, and social-impact leader, and the founder of Balikbayod—Returning Wave, a circular-economy initiative that recovers and redistributes surfboards to support youth in emerging surf communities in the Philippines. Through nearly two decades of work, they have advanced environmental stewardship, youth access, and community-led coastal resilience by extending the life of materials and directing resources to underserved regions.
